Each patient is assessed by an interventional pain physician to determine whether this treatment is appropriate.

Your doctor can submit the referral form directly to our clinic.
Once your referral is received, our team will contact you to schedule a consultation with a specialist pain physician.
If appropriate, treatment will be discussed at that time.
